RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?
We hope you love everything you purchased, but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help!
RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
All merchandise must be returned in the original condition. Items can not be worn, washed, damaged or altered. All items are inspected according to the condition in which they were shipped to us. We reserve the right to refuse returns based on its condition.
All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order (based on delivery confirmation).
All Sale items are FINAL SALE, and may not be returned or exchanged.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please be careful while opening packages, if you cut an item while opening you will NOT be refunded and we will NOT ship another item in its place.
Refund requests made to expired credit cards will be issued in the form of a store credit.
When trying on items, please be careful not to get makeup or deodorant on them. If you return an item with makeup or deodorant you WILL NOT be refunded and the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your expense.
If you received free shipping, and return more than half of the order, shipping charges will be deducted from the amount being refunded.
We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, hats, and beauty products are final sale.
All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.
- To initiate a return by emailing us:
- Enter your order number and your email address or phone number (whichever was entered on your original order).
- Select the item(s) you want to return.
- After the return request has been approved, you can then ship your return.
- Include the original packing slip inside the package with the item(s) being returned.
- You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a trackable return method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after we receive your return, inspected, approved and will issue a in-store credit by E-gift card to the email provided so make sure your email is working. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Although we carefully inspect all items prior to shipping, sometimes things may be missed. If you received a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours of package arrival and prior to wearing the garment. NO claims can be made after 48 hours. Please contact us prior to returning any damaged or defective items.
Out of stock items:
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may no longer be available. In this case, we will email you immediately regarding the out of stock item.
